Yoobuy Vendor – Terms and Conditions
As a vendor on Yoobuy, the leading building materials marketplace in India, you are entering into a Vendor Agreement with Six Dimensions EMP Private Limited (“Six Dimensions EMP”) to provide your products and services to Users of the Yoobuy platform. Please carefully review these Vendor Terms of Use, as they outline the terms and conditions governing your relationship with Yoobuy as a vendor.
1. APPLICATION
By becoming a vendor on Yoobuy, you agree to abide by these Vendor Terms of Use, in addition to the User Agreement that governs the use of the Yoobuy platform. Both documents collectively outline the terms and conditions of your engagement as a vendor.
2. VENDOR ELIGIBILITY
To become a Yoobuy vendor, you must meet the eligibility criteria outlined by Six Dimensions EMP. You must have the legal authority to offer and sell products or services on the Yoobuy platform. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
3. PRODUCT LISTINGS
As a Yoobuy vendor, you are responsible for creating accurate and comprehensive product listings. Your listings should include clear and truthful information about your products, including specifications, prices, images, and availability. Any claims or representations about your products must be accurate and not misleading.
4. ORDER FULFILLMENT
When Users place orders for your products through the Yoobuy platform, you are responsible for fulfilling those orders promptly and accurately. You must ensure that the products are of the quality, quantity, and specifications as advertised in your listings. Timely delivery and adherence to shipping and handling instructions are essential.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
You are solely responsible for setting the prices of your products on the Yoobuy platform. The prices should be competitive, fair, and reflective of the quality of the products offered. Six Dimensions EMP may deduct applicable fees and charges from your earnings, as outlined in the Vendor Agreement.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, associated with the products you list on Yoobuy. You agree not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
7. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Prompt and effective customer service is essential to maintain a positive experience for Users on Yoobuy. You must respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Any disputes or issues should be resolved cooperatively and in accordance with Yoobuy’s dispute resolution procedures.
8. COMPLIANCE
As a vendor on Yoobuy, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes adhering to consumer protection laws, tax regulations, and product safety standards. You are responsible for any required permits, licenses, or certifications related to your products or services.
9. TERMINATION
Six Dimensions EMP reserves the right to terminate your vendor account if you violate these Vendor Terms of Use, the User Agreement, or any applicable laws. Termination may result in the removal of your product listings from the Yoobuy platform.
10. AMENDMENTS
Six Dimensions EMP may update or modify these Vendor Terms of Use at its discretion. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
By becoming a Yoobuy vendor, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Vendor Terms of Use. Your commitment to these terms ensures a collaborative and successful partnership between you, as a vendor, and Yoobuy.
