Technical Features:
Single Fix/Single Adjustable, Double Adjustable Rollers are specially design for different Sliding Windows & Doors Systems with high strength materials. The Rollers body fix with a clamping grub screw, without requirement of specific machining in sliding window shutters, micromatically adjustable. It enable moving the sash vertically 4mm height adjustable. Adjustment is easy since the adjustment screw is inside the yellow element of the roller in double adjustable roller. This adjustment is also possible with the sash already mounted and installed. The bearing used is high weight capacity ball bearings or needle bearings (German Made), depending on models and It also allow the damaged wheel bearing without disassemble the roller & the sash corner easily. The bearing cage with Nylon Rollers are shielded with high quality grease for long life vertical drive of the sliding Windows & Doors Sash.

– Body in Aluminium Extruded.

– Polyamide-6 with 15gh Main Body.

– Wheel carrying Metal Body with Zinc-5 Die-Casted.

– The Wheel with Bearing in Steel and Covered with Neutral Reinforced Polyamide Cover.

– Mounting Grub Screws and Adjustment Bolts made by SS304 Corrosion Resistance.
