REDWOP – TERATILE PROLIX – Waterproofing Chemical

Description:
TERATILE PROLIX cementitious powder available for fixing of vitrified tiles for floor & wall. The set
adhesive is water-resistant and is suitable for use in showers and totally immersed situations such as
swimming pools.

Uses:
Tile claddings, Porcelain tile, Vitrified tile etc.
Applicable of tiles size. 250mmX400mm,300mX300mm,300mmX400mm,300mmX600mm
300mmX900mm, 600X1200mm, 1000X1000mm.
Domestic and Industrial Application.
External and internal application.
Sand stone, khatu, Lapato, Quartz, Lime stones, Granite, Elevation stone, Rajasthan black
stone, Composite stone, Glass white & Marbles in internal application.

Substrate:
RCC, cement sheet, Plaster, AAC blocks, tile on tile, stone.

Method of application:
Clean the surface from efflorescence, laitance, dirt and other loose material than sprinkle water
over the dry surface to make it wet.
Clean the back side of the tiles surface by using wire brush than wash it with ample amount of
water until dryness is removed.
Add 20 kg of tile adhesive powder into 5.2 liter of water in a bucket and blend properly with
electric blender.
Apply prepared paste as per requirement on both the tile surface and floor/wall surface.
Comb the adhesive paste to provide sufficient grip between the surface and tiles.

Limitations:
Do not add additional water or powder after tile adhesive gets set.

Coverage:
40 to 50 ft² per 20 kg @ 3mm thickness.

Packaging:
TERATILE SILVER is supplied in 20 & 40 Kg bags.

Storage:
Minimum of 24 months shelf-life if kept under room temperature (i.e. 27°C).

Health and Safety
Specific care and attention should be paid to handling, storage and spill response of this adhesive. Skin contact should be avoided as the material is slightly
acidic. Any splashes should be washed well with water. If contact with eyes occurs wash immediately with water and take medical advice.
